Author Guidelines

  • ICESEAM 2026 invites submission of the manuscript which focus on a specific topic of the conferences and/or related to the topic of “Integrating Green Energy, Advanced Materials, and Sustainable Manufacturing for Net Zero Transformation”
  • All papers must be original, only English written papers are accepted, which is NOT simultaneously submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journals.
  • All papers will be subjected to a peer review by a technical program committee.
  • The plagiarism checks results should have a maximum similarity of 20 percent.

Abstract Submission

  • ICESEAM 2026 invites submission of the abstract by 28 July 2026.
  • Abstract should be 250 words (excluding abstract title, authors, and affiliations) and a recap of the major important aspects of the whole paper.
  • The paper includes the full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, and the corresponding author’s email address
  • At the beginning of abstract submission please follow “abstract template” as shown in this link.

Preparing your Full Manuscript

The submitted full paper has to be written in well-English language with page range is set below which the template/guideline refers to Guideline. Please note that poor English writing and missed-formatting may lead to rejection in final screening by Editors and Journals.

  1. Maximum 15 references with a maximum three references from the proceeding (all must be given a DOI link)
  2. A maximum of two papers from the same author is accepted.
  3. The authorship must involve institutions from at least two different countries.
  4. The full paper must be in the range of 4-8 pages written in good scientific English (including all figures, tables, equations, title, authorship, abstract, keywords, introductions, methods, discussions, conclusions and references).
  5. The allowed similarity based on Turnitin/ithenticate is 20%.
  6. It is highly recommended to use Mendeley to compose the Reference.
  7. All published papers are mandatory to be presented at the Conference.
  8. Failure to comply with the mentioned regulations may lead to rejection by the Publisher.

Guidelines for Presentation

  1. Authors should prepare presentation materials in PowerPoint format (.pptx or pdf).
  2. Presentations and the materials should be in English.
  3. Each Presenter has 10 minutes to deliver the presentation and 2 minutes Q&A.
  4. Please rename your presentation slide with the format : (ID Submission) –  presentationICESEAM26 Example : 10 – presentationICESEAM26 
  5. Please submit the presentation materials not later than September 7th, 2026

Peer Review Process

Articles submitted to ICE-SEAM will undergo a formatting review by the editors and a substantive review by reviewers through a single-blind review process. Reviewers are selected by the editors based on their expertise, and the final publication decision is made based on the review results. Please note that ICE-SEAM does not accept literature review papers.

  1. The peer review stage will be conducted by the Guest Editors and Scientific Committee. The percentage of the international and domestic participants is to be 40:60.
  2. The authors submit the manuscript according to the provided template to the submission system only. Submission through email will not be processed.
  3. The Author Guidelines must be followed, or the manuscript is subject to desk rejection.
  4. Corresponding author(s) are responsible for communication and revision. Late submissions due to miscommunication by the author team will not be entertained, and unresponsive corresponding authors will not be entertained.
  5. Authors are required to select the subject type in submission system to match the manuscript topic.
  6. The manuscript is then screened by the Guest Editors for initial checking for template and subject suitability. Matching based on aims and scopes will be conducted in this stage.
  7. The manuscript, which is not acceptable, will be returned to the authors to be initially revised and resubmitted to submission system, and the accepted ones will be reviewed substantially.
  8. The Editors invited at least two experts, according to their expertise, the subject, and aims & scopes, to review the manuscript. The scientific committee can also serve as a reviewer.
  9. Review results are concluded in three possible outcomes: Accepted, Resubmit the Revision, and Rejected. If one of the reviewers recommends rejection, the editors will evaluate the review results and make the final decision.
  10. The accepted manuscripts will be edited for final publication. An author-proof version will be sent to the respective corresponding author.
  11. The revised manuscripts must be resubmitted to the submission system at most two weeks after the revision announcement is declared. If the revision is still not satisfactory, the manuscript will be rejected.
  12. The rejected manuscript will not be included in the further publication process.
  13. All compiled accepted-camera-ready manuscripts will be sent to the Publisher 2-4 weeks after the conference.
