Yes. Participants may change their participation mode from onsite to online or from online to onsite. No. The registration fee covers participation in the ICE-SEAM 2026 conference only, including access to all conference sessions and conference activities. Publication in the conference proceedings requires an additional publication fee. The publication fee will be announced separately after the publication venue and publisher have been finalized. Detailed payment instructions will be provided to all accepted authors.

To help us process the request more efficiently, please include the Paper ID and Paper Title in the email.

Once the ICE-SEAM 2026 Organizing Committee has verified the payment, a Payment Receipt will be sent to the corresponding author via email. If the receipt is not received within the expected timeframe, participants are requested to contact the ICE-SEAM 2026 Organizing Committee at iceseam@ft.uns.ac.id or iceseam.engineering@gmail.com.
There is no need to worry about this matter. If the submitted manuscript is already a complete extended abstract, no further action is required at this stage. Authors only need to wait for the peer-review process and the review results. If only the abstract has been submitted, authors are requested to upload the complete extended abstract before the official submission deadline.

Please note that any change to the author list must be clearly justified and confirmed by the corresponding author. The organizing committee will review your request before processing any changes.
The extended abstract must be 4–8 pages in length, including figures, tables, and references. Authors are requested to ensure that their manuscripts comply with the page limit and formatting requirements specified in the Author Guidelines before submission.

The committee responds to inquiries during office hours, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 WIB (UTC+7). Emails received outside these hours will be answered on the week days.
Once a paper or extended abstract has been accepted by the Organizing Committee, the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be sent to the corresponding author via email. The email will include the Paper ID, Paper Title, and a download link to access the LoA. If authors experience any difficulty accessing the document or do not receive the LoA within the expected timeframe, they are requested to contact the ICE-SEAM 2026 Organizing Committee via email at iceseam@ft.uns.ac.id or iceseam.engineering@gmail.com.
