We invite submissions on conference scopes/tracks but are not limited. Authors should submit full technical papers in PDF format. Each paper will be single blind peer-reviewed by experts in the field for originality, contribution, and soundness. Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that at least one of the authors will attend the conference and present their paper.

All papers must be written in English and formatted following standard templates. Read carefully Author Guidelines for preparing your abstract and full paper.

1. Visit the official ICESEAM 2026 website and click the Submission link or Microsoft CMT Platform. ( Paper Submission )
2. Log in with your Microsoft CMT account. If you do not have one, create a new account and complete the email verification.
3. Once you are on your CMT dashboard, open the All Conferences tab. Type “ICESEAM 2026” in the search field, then select ICESEAM 2026 to enter the conference submission page.
4. Click +Create New Submission from the Author Console.
5. Fill in the required information, including:
   – Paper title
   – Abstract
   – Keywords
   – Conference track
   – Author(s) and affiliation(s)
6. Upload your paper in the required format (PDF) following the ICESEAM 2026 submission guidelines.
7. Verify all information, then click Submit.
   A Submission ID and confirmation email will be generated upon successful submission.
